Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales and market presence.
- Deeply penetrate the terminal market with high focused in person visit to manage pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve and implement effective channel strategies.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing insights to refine our approach.
- Ensure strict adherence to our company's standards and policies.
- Lead initiatives to improve partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel management or a related Life Science role.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High responsibility to drive results and deliver commitment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Life Science, Business, or related field.
