Operations Finance department manages financially company’s clinical trials, which are the main source of revenue for the company. We are looking for an ambitious and proven finance professional who demonstrates a strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financially a portfolio of clinical studies.
  • Liaise with multiple Project Managers and interdepartmental counterparts for the shared projects.
  • Attend monthly project review calls to report values and make recommendations for addressing customer or partner concerns.
  • Perform detailed analysis of budget-to-actual and forecast data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Recognize monthly revenue and conduct regular cost analysis to maintain financial health.
  • Report to a gross profit level and update key reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform regular profitability analysis and maintain cash flow throughout the project's life.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills and ability to handle data effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project administration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team and to work using own initiative with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to systems and processes.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data, previous experience with Share Point / VBA / SQL / Power BI / RPA (comparable to 1 years) will be considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of accounting/financial principles and regulations/legal requirements, a professional accounting qualification – ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
