  • Contribute to the development of UX build standards and systems.
  • Stay current with emerging build trends, tools, and technologies.

Keys to Success: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Building, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field preferred (equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience may be considered).
  • 5 years of experience in UX development, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX and UI development work.
  • Proficiency in building and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
  • Experience in life sciences or genetic sciences domain preferred.
  • Familiarity with UX metrics and data-driven development.
  • Experience crafting for mobile and responsive web applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive building.
