Job Description Position Summary岗位概要：

• Act as a on-site window to coordinate planner, buyer, QA , Imp & Exp. and line leader regarding warehouse and transportation;

作为现场操作窗口，就有关仓库和运输业务与计划，采购，QA，进出口部，线长等协调解决

• Initiate counting to make sure the stock accuracy;

主持盘点工作，确保库存准确率

• Accountable for material or finished goods management;

负责物料或者成品的管理

• On site operation management;

现场操作管理

• Handle system operation.

负责有关物料或者成品的系统操作

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities基本工作职能及责任:

On site daily SAP operation regarding receiving, stock movement, dispatch and make sure all the operation are followed by related SOP.

SAP日常收货、库存转移、发料系统操作，确保所有相关操作符合SOP要求。

Collect abnormal issues regarding materials receiving, send MRDR to relevant department and take action according to resolve plan.

收集整理收料过程中遇到的异常状况，整理到MRDR中发送给相关部门，并根据相关部门回复的解决方案跟踪解决。

Arrange materials picking and dispatching to assembly line according to the request.

根据产线需求，安排物料员进行拣货和发货作业。

Perform daily cycle counting according to the SKU keeping in the warehouse and verify with system record. Initiate corrective action to prevent stock lost or wrong operation if needed.

根据SKU信息和ABC物料分类，组织物料员进行每日循环盘点，并核对盘点结果，出具盘点报告。根据盘点报告提出相应的改进方案，以防止库存遗失或误操作。

PGI in SAP according to the delivery notice sent by CSR. Monitor finished goods shipping operation.

收到CSR创建的成品发货DN后，在SAP内完成系统发货，并监督成品发运的相关操作。

Coordinate with 3PL for shipping, tracking; evaluate the performance of transportation service provider.

与3PL运输方就成品发运及跟踪进行协调，考核运输供应方的服务水平

Educational Qualifications学历:

• College degree or above, prefer in logistics management or computer.

大专或以上学历，物流管理或计算机专业优先

Experience Qualifications经验资历:

Work in Logistics field esp. warehousing or transportation in manufacturing company for more than 1 year，or prefer to have buyer/PO following experience.

有制造业仓储或运输方面1年以上工作经验或者有采购跟单经验更佳；

Be good at coordination with related party.

擅于沟通协调

Familiar with SAP or other ERP system regarding warehouse model.

熟悉SAP或其它ERP仓储管理系统

Good command of English in written.

能够看懂英文邮件，操作英文版的Windows系统和OFFICE办公软件

Be honest and tolerant.
