Job Description

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Bio Production Group (BPG), where we enable customers to accelerate the development and manufacture of biologics, vaccines, and advanced therapies. Through industry-leading bioprocessing solutions, BPG supports hundreds of commercial medicines and thousands of molecules in development — helping drive meaningful progress in global health.

Based in India, you’ll be part of Thermo Fisher’s global organization, working alongside talented colleagues to solve complex challenges and advance life-changing science.
The Paid Media Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the US-based Paid Media Manager in their support of the Biologicals and Chemicals Division and the Single Use Technologies Division. This position involves executing and managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to promote our bioprocessing solutions and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the US-based paid media manager in implementing paid media strategies
  • Build, launch, and QA campaigns across platforms (search, social, display, demand gen) with a focus on bioprocessing and biomanufacturing audiences
  • Execute ongoing optimizations (bids, budgets, pacing, keyword/ad testing) to maximize campaign performance and ROI
  • Monitor performance daily and flag issues proactively (delivery shortfalls, budget pacing, approvals)
  • Pull weekly/monthly reports across divisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting
  • Track platform-level KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, impressions, reach) against company benchmarks
  • Support data pulls for ad hoc requests from stakeholders within BPG
  • Manage campaign documentation, naming conventions, CID creation, and Workfront updates
  • Build and manage Innovid tags for third-party campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth implementation
  • Provide regular reporting on third-party performance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management, preferably in the life sciences or biotechnology sector
  • Proficiency in various advertising platforms (search, social, display) with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data
  • Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based team members
  • Familiarity with Innovid or similar tag management systems
  • Understanding of the bioprocessing industry and biomanufacturing trends is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
