  • Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings and coordinate all operational aspects with shipping lines and other logistic providers to ensure timely delivery
  • Review and prepare comprehensive sets of shipping documentation for air, ocean, and truck import/export shipments
  • Handle and coordinate the logistics team in daily operations for seamless execution
  • Validate vendor monthly billing and arrange payment processes strictly adhering to company policies
  • Conduct expense and cost trend analysis to determine financial efficiencies
  • Evaluate important metrics for performance to ensure world-class logistics operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in import and export logistics
  • Preferred experience in China import & export logistics
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding and management of freight forwarders
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Access/Excel VBA
  • ERP experience, including SAP and Oracle, with more than 2 years in data analysis-related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing logistics strategies in a competitive environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambitious workplace
