What will you do?

We are seeking a hands on AI & Data Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable AI driven and data intensive solutions supporting commercial, customer, and supply chain initiatives. This role will focus on Generative AI enabled applications, modern data engineering, and enterprise workflow automation.

You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to convert business use cases into production ready AI and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI powered applications, including RAG based solutions and agentic workflows.

• Build and maintain Python based microservices and APIs (FastAPI preferred).

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL and Py Spark on cloud platforms.

• Develop and optimize data models for analytics and AI use cases.

• Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and release management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

• Support production systems, performance tuning, and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, backend development, AI solution delivery.

• Strong programming expertise in Python.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and Spark/Py Spark.

• Experience working on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

• Exposure to building or integrating LLM/RAG based solutions.

• Experience with Git based workflows, CI/CD, and unit testing.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Good to have skills

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake or Delta Lake.

• Exposure to Salesforce, ERP, supply chain systems integration.

• Experience with RPA tools such as Ui Path for automating enterprise workflows.

• Understanding of integrating AI services with automation platforms.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
