フィールドサービスエンジニア II として、ICP-MS、ICP-OES、原子吸光分析装置（AA）などの高度な分析装置の設置、保守、トラブルシューティング、修理を担当していただきます。研究機関、産業分野、医療分野のお客様を支援し、高品質な技術サービスを通じて装置の性能維持および顧客満足度の向上に貢献するポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 分析装置の設置および操作・運用トレーニングの実施
• トラブルシューティング、修理、予防保全作業
• 装置の検証、点検、性能確認
• サービス作業報告書の作成およびフィールド情報の共有
• サービスプロセス改善および社内ナレッジ共有への貢献
• 保守契約、有償修理、装置アップグレードの提案
• 顧客、社内チーム、パートナーとの密な連携

応募要件

• 電子工学、工学、物理、化学、または関連分野の学位
• サービスエンジニア経験、または分析装置のユーザー経験があれば尚可
• 機械および電気に関するトラブルシューティング能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびカスタマーサービス志向
• 英語マニュアルを読解できるレベルの語学力
• 担当地域内で 50～75％ の出張が可能な方
• 最大約 23kg（50lbs）の機器を扱える身体的条件
• 高い問題解決力と複数製品への柔軟な対応力

Field Service Engineer II — Thermo Fisher Scientific About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer II, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced analytical instruments, including ICP-MS, ICP-OES, and AA systems. You will support customers in research, industrial, and healthcare environments by delivering high-quality technical service and contributing to improved instrument performance and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities

• Install analytical instruments and provide operational training

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance

• Conduct system validation, inspection, and performance checks

• Prepare detailed service reports and communicate field feedback

• Support service process improvements and internal knowledge sharing

• Propose service contracts, paid repairs, and upgrade solutions

• Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and partners

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related fields

• Experience as a service engineer or analytical instrument user preferred

• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to read English technical manuals

• Ability to travel 50–75% and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability across different products
