As a Senior EPM Product and Service Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, developing market opportunities, and managing key customer accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Responsibility: Lead sales initiatives for EPM solutions, with a strong focus on developing and expanding the CEMS monitoring business in the power industry. Drive growth across products, service parts, and OM contracts to achieve annual booking and revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Identify potential clients and actively expand market presence.
  • Customer Communication: Engage deeply with customers to understand their requirements and provide professional, value-added solution recommendations.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate resources to support smooth project implementation and successful delivery.
  • Market Activities: Participate in relevant market events, industry conferences, and exhibitions to enhance corporate brand visibility and strengthen market positioning.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular market assessments, prepare sales analyses, and communicate updates and insights to management.
  • Dealer Strategy Management: Develop and manage annual dealer strategies to support sustained regional business growth.
  • Key Account Management: Maintain and grow key accounts by focusing on long-term relationship building and customer satisfaction.
    Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in the power industry; a background in thermal control is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of CEMS sales experience, with solid understanding of power plant operations and familiarity with the business ecosystem involving power industry customers, design institutes, and EPCs.
  • Strong account management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as required by business needs.

DESCRIPTION:

As an Instruments Sales Representative III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support sales growth and customer success for our advanced analytical and scientific instruments. Working in scientific instrument solutions, you'll help customers make informed decisions in research, quality control, and process improvement. You'll develop and expand customer relationships while representing our comprehensive portfolio of instruments, consumables, and services across diverse markets including pharmaceutical, environmental, industrial, food safety, healthcare, and academic research.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree plus 5 years of sales experience in analytical instrument markets or equivalent laboratory experience
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences or related scientific field
  • Technical knowledge of analytical instrumentation and applications
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows and customer needs across key market segments
  • Effective consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite
  • Project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in collaborative environments
  • Fluency in English required, additional languages beneficial
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70%
