This role will support UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to determine needs and develop tailored solutions.

• Assist in the flawless execution of HR programs, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Ensure compliance with local and global HR policies and regulations.

• Support the continuous improvement of HR processes through innovative and efficient methodologies.

• Work closely with the Benefits team to manage and administer employee benefits programs efficiently.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related data and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with the Payroll team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience with data analysis and HR metrics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR software and data management systems.

• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
