Position Summary:

保质保量按时完成线长分配的生产任务，并积极参与产线安全、效率、质量方面的提升改善工作。

Key Responsibilities:

• 懂关键组件的组装，能执行产品组装培训；
• 懂仪器设备的基本原理，能按照作业指导书(WI)工艺要求作业
• 具备出色的动手能力，能熟练调整生产夹具，按维护WI要求严格执行仪器设备、夹具和治具的维保工作；
• 能独立完成不良品/返修品/样品验证工作；
• 遵守公司相关SOP，发现产品质量隐患时，能准确描述遇到的问题；
• 协助NCR(不良材料报告)处理，帮助判断不良类型、准确描述不良品存在的缺陷；
• 积极协助精益产线持续改进，不断提高生产效率。

• 2 years above experience in manufacturing environment as technician or similar;两年以上相关工作经验
