Position Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Audience Strategy is a key member of The Home Depot’s Audience Marketing Center of Excellence (COE), which oversees consumer audience strategy for paid and owned advertising efforts. This role ensures accurate and scalable audience activation across paid media and marketing channels.

As part of the Audience COE, the Senior Analyst is responsible for the operational execution of audience creation, activation, governance, and data quality monitoring in partnership with Marketing Operations. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure audience segments are efficiently delivered to relevant platforms, maintained with integrity, and compliant with established standards.

Additionally, the Senior Analyst partners with analytics and measurement teams to deliver reporting and insights that optimize audience performance and inform strategic decisions. This role will also support audience testing and learning initiatives, drives workflow improvements, and helps establish consistent audience usage across The Home Depot’s marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 30% - Audience Syndication Operations
  • Support syndication of audience segments to marketing and media channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provides operational support for channel syndication and audience management.
  • 25% - Catalog Maintenance Catalog Maintenance
  • Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks, dashboards, and Maintain and update the central audience catalog with detailed documentation of audience definitions and metadata.
  • 5% - Compliance Support
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure audience activations comply with data governance policies.
  • 15% - Data Quality & Issue Resolution
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and user support teams to monitor data sizing, delivery, etc. and resolve issues.
  • 10% - Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and contribute to playbooks and training materials.
  • 15% - Test & Learn Support
  • Assist in the setup, tracking, and measurement of audience-focused test & learn initiatives.

  • This Position typically reports to the Senior Manager or Manager, Audience Strategy

Travel Requirements:

  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, data activation, CRM, or media operations
  • Familiarity with audience platforms (e.g., CDPs, DMPs, DSPs) and/or media channels (e.g., Paid Search, Social, Display)
  • Familiarity with test & learn frameworks and measurement basics is a plus

Minimum Education:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Preferred Education:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
