- Work location: Texas Health Southwest, 6100 Harris Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76132 and Texas Health Clearfork, 5400 Clearfork Main St, Ft. Worth, TX 76109
- Work hours: PRN: On an as needed basis, 8-hour shifts, variable schedule, Day & evening hours, Mandatory – 3 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per quarter; 1 major and 1 minor holiday coverage per year; weekday shifts available

Here’s What You Need:
· Bachelor's Degree Completion of a Physical Therapy program Required.
· Prefer 1-year acute care Physical Therapy experience.
· Outpatient experience is a plus.
· PT - Physical Therapist Texas Physical Therapy License Upon Hire Required And
· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Problem- solving ability; Ability to teach others.
· Time management skills; Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Basic leadership skills.
What You Will Do:

Performs age-appropriate patient assessment and establishes plan of care.

Uses therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient age and desire for treatment.

Educates patient and family through instruction, demonstration, and/or appropriate handouts in treatment plan, safety issues, home
programs/self-management and assistive equipment. -
Documents all aspects of assessment, plan of care, and re-certifications in accordance with departmental, TJC, Medicare, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Works in partnership with peers, other disciplines, and departmental personnel

Focus on Daily Living Skills, Mobility and Cognition of patients.
