Work hours: Part Time, 24 Hours, Days

Here’s What You Need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
· Master’s degree in Nursing preferred
· Three years of Level III NICU experience preferred
· NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program upon hire required
· BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire required
What You Will Do:
· Supports high risk mothers and families identified for navigation during pregnancy and transition to delivery or NICU admission
· Facilitates communication among maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, neonatology, pediatric subspecialists, palliative care, outpatient providers, labor and delivery, and NICU teams
· Ensures seamless transitions across inpatient, outpatient, and community based care settings
· Collaborates with obstetric, neonatal, surgical, nursing, social work, case management, chaplaincy, and therapy teams
· Interface with external organizations for documents needed for the coordination of activities, programs and partnerships
· Prepares and leads bi monthly Perinatal Rounds to promote communication, coordination, and proactive care planning for high risk antenatal and fetal patients
