Tesla is looking for an experienced and versatile truck driver, specializing in car transportation, to operate one of the most cutting-edge vehicle transport systems in the world. We are searching for self-motivated team-oriented individuals with a positive attitude, who are ready to take on both national and international assignments, this unique role will place you at the forefront of our growing company. The key priority and focus are national routes at and around our Gigafactory Berlin, in Germany.

As a car-carrier truck driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles. You will be operating specially designed trucks and managing related administrative tasks to deliver vehicles to various destinations, primarily within Germany, but occasionally across the EU when needed. Flexibility will be essential, as the role involves switching between trucks as needed.

In short, you will work in the exciting, dynamic, and challenging world of transport, where flexibility is needed considering that you will need to move from one truck to another.

What You'll Do

Deliver vehicles, damage free, between harbors, production and delivery sites of Tesla in Europe

Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision

Readily communicate with Tesla team members on status of assignments

Follow all safety procedures and legal requirements and maintain driver log (Tacho) by the rules

Must meet exact delivery deadlines consistently

Miscellaneous jobs as required

What You'll Bring

In possession of B+CE license, CCV-B, Code 95 (valid for at least 3 years), and a clean driving record

Recent experience as a car transport truck driver (CE), ideally 3 years’ or more

Ideally to have residency around Giga Berlin and open to work on call

Don’t mind spending longer periods away, stay overnight in your truck, as well driving shorter routes for periods of time and changing trucks when needed.

Good communication skills in the English language

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately

Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines

Ability to both works alone and, in a team, based environment and achieve common goals

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Other relevant certifications are a plus

Basic smartphone/tablet/computer skillset to operate the Tesla Logistics App
