Internship assignment:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the company’s growing AV and event needs. The AV Support and Integration Intern will support the team to fulfill the company’s vision of the next generation workplace. This position will be based in Berlin, Germany. Highly organized and confident in ability to support the team with the execution of AV integration projects within set deadlines, organizing and coordinating live events as well as developing disaster recovery plans. On-going cooperation with other departments and a range of internal and external stakeholders. This Internship role requires the flexibility of being able to attend events and functions out-of-hours when necessary.

What You'll Do

Evaluate and support major AV integration projects under guidance from senior team members.

Assist with event support and set-up in coordination with the AV Team.

Learn and participate in architecture discussions and planning with IT and Facilities teams.

Support in gathering customer input, translating it into technical and business requirements under supervision.

Review and assist in troubleshooting efforts during crisis situations for users.

Support the development and implementation of hardware and software integrations to streamline operations.

Provide backup support services when needed, under the guidance of other AV Support Technicians.

Assist in creating end-user and internal AV team documentation.

Collaborate closely with IT and AV Engineers to review new office build handoffs and ensure thorough and complete transitions.

Support maintaining the photo database and event coverage archives.

Learn basic networking skills, including TCP/IP, UDP, and IP schemas, with the opportunity to apply them under supervision.

What You'll Bring

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in AV Media or a related field

Emphasis on Microsoft Teams experience preferred

Experience and skills with Microsoft Office packages and Photoshop.

Ability to independently plan and organize work, manage priorities, and utilize available resources to complete quality work within time constraints.

Good knowledge of conferencing systems is a plus.

Live event experience is a plus.

Very good English skills (C1), good knowledge of German is a plus.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving oriented.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
