What To Expect
The New Business Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding Tesla's B2B sales footprint in Poland, with a primary focus on identifying and acquiring major accounts such Leasing and Fleet Management companies, large Corporate Clients and Mobility Providers in the region. Reporting directly to the Tesla Regional Lead, and working in synergy with the retail sales organization, the successful candidate will drive the acquisition agenda for enterprise prospects and guide them through the sales funnel to secure new agreements and unlock business opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target LFM, Corporate and Mobility prospects with significant fleet potential through market research, industry networking, and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Reach out proactively to prospect clients via calls, emails, and digital channels to introduce Tesla’s offerings, schedule introductory meetings, and qualify opportunities
  • Lead introduction meetings and presentations to showcase Tesla’s value proposition, addressing prospect needs and aligning solutions with their business goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle for new accounts, from initial contact to negotiation and signing of agreements, ensuring seamless progression toward deal closure
  • Act as a liaison between various Tesla teams and prospects to coordinate strategies, resolve early-stage objections, and implement best practices for acquisition
  • Oversee the early stages of contract management, including drafting proposals, compliance checks, and entry into Tesla’s systems to facilitate smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all prospect interactions and perform ad-hoc tasks to adapt to dynamic business priorities and competitive landscapes

  • Experience in automotive, B2B, or commercial sales
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Fluency in Czech (written and oral) and English (written and oral)
  • Valid driver’s license
