The Role

Associate Warehouse & Logistics Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support related to parts warehouse & logistics operations to ensure the smooth functioning of service operation. This position is responsible for supporting service centers, providing training and assistance to achieve Warehouse KPIs, improving Utilization, and supporting part warehouse & logistics operation activities. To perform these responsibilities successfully, a strong understanding of the automotive service parts business, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams are required.

Responsibility

• Support Parts Manager in achieving efficient operations and department a goals within the Parts Operations & Distribution team
• Managing Korea Warehouses operation (In-land shipment arrangement / inbound & outbound operations / managing inventory / re-import declaration)
• Maintain effective communication with Parts Advisors at service centers to promptly address parts-related issues
• Provide support and offer solutions to help achieve Warehouse KPIs
• Notice and Arrange return goods / shipments
• Proactively support other departments in the organization when challenges arise or assistance is required
• E-commerce support: Handle CS team inquiries and troubleshooting (damage, missing items, tracking), as well as inspect returned packages and perform GR

Requirements

• Basic understanding of automotive Warehouse or logistics
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow through on instructions
• Business-level proficiency in verbal and written English
• High level of responsibility and professional business etiquette
• Willingness to travel to Warehouses within South Korea
• Driver's license required
