In this role as a Trade-In Valuation Specialist within Used Car Operations, you'll play a key part in managing busy trade-in workflows through routine assessments, pricing calculations, and task evaluations that help customers switch seamlessly to their Tesla. Inspired by the group's achievements in producing precise, speedy work amid intense times and quarter-end sprints, you'll concentrate on elements like Final Offers, Estimates, Cases & Hotline support handling to cut back on slowdowns and facilitate prompt order turnarounds. Expect to offer immediate assistance to nearby Sales and Delivery groups on trade-in concerns and rapid corrections, adjusting to changing workloads by stepping in for coverage and helping with auction or wholesale activities when necessary. Through your efforts, you'll lower mistake levels, optimize procedures, and encourage group teamwork via hands-on troubleshooting, all while advancing daily efficiency and client contentment in a dynamic setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and check trade-in vehicle information for precise pricing, covering Final Offers, Estimates, and Cases, in line with business rules and industry norms
  • Manage urgent Hotline submissions to deliver fast reviews and settle trade-in concerns raised by Sales and Delivery staff
  • Examine finished pricing work for mistakes or patterns of lag, contributing to solutions for urgent problems involving incomplete info or title mismatches
  • Assist on-site groups with immediate advice on pressing trade-in matters, emphasizing pricing estimates, conditions, and modified components to accelerate customer handovers
  • Step in for extra hours, night shifts, or time off as required; adjust to high-demand times by backing auctions, wholesale efforts, or unique assignments
  • Offer simple tips and fixes to internal customers for handling routine procedure challenges and ensuring consistent team flow
  • Help with even shift rotations and task distribution to sustain reliable output and prevent interruptions amid demanding schedules

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in administrative or operations roles, 2+ years experience in Automotive
  • Basic knowledge of market trends or automotive processes preferred
  • Notary certification a plus
