The Role

Tesla Korea is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to add to our growing Global Tesla Authorized Body Shop Program for South Korea. You’ll enjoy working with the most progressive vehicle brand in the world. This position will involve supporting the Body Repair Program in all aspects of its Approved Body Shop Program. Major Duties

·        Manage approved body shop throughout the country

·        Supervise audit/approval process of body shop business plans, and to follow up the approval progress

·        Regular check the TAB EHS status with Tesla EHS team

·        Be an effective liaison closely working with insurance companies, TAB and Tesla Service Team – work as a Tesla point of contact for body shop related issues

·        Check and monitor the key indicators of body shop and propose improvement plans and ensure to follow up results

·        Play a role as a technical advisor for Tesla specific technical issues are escalated from body shop

·        Ensure that the body shop approved by Tesla meets our repair operational standards

·        Supervise the collision data and keep track of the analysis report

·        Evaluate and assist to develop the approved body shop management system and process

·        Manage TAB related equipment, tool and trainings

Requirements

·        +10 years of work experience in automobile aftersales industry

·        + 5 years of experience in dealer management or similar branch management roles; Proficiency in overall KPI management essential.

·        Ability to a maintain a high level of confidentiality

·        Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs

·        Proficient in both written and spoken English

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

·        Valid Passport

·        Able to travel nationally and internationally to support business needs
