We are looking for Team Shift Managers In the foundry area. The disciplinary and professional management of the employees as well as ensuring sustainable Production of the Tesla Model Y will determine your everyday life.

What You'll Do
You are responsible for your team, you prioritize, coordinate and divide tasks.

You coordinate the production or the Aluminum smelting of all volumes of your shift according to the production plan,

You are responsible for the quantitative and timely production while maintaining safety, Quality, time, cost and morale,

You are responsible for series production with regard to Work processes, product changes and product improvements with the help of Lean production, CIP, 5S,

You provide your input for SOPs, hygiene and training plans and participate in the creation. In case of discrepancies you initiate appropriate measures,

You make sure that your team can work optimally.

What You'll Bring
You bring a completed technical Training with and a further qualification as a master craftsman with experience in the field of foundry or smelting of metals,

You have experience in leading a team in production, manufacturing or maintenance,

You have the ability to do multiple tasks to organize with equally high priorities, as well as to set goals and reaching them,

You bring a hands-on mentality as well as the willingness to work in shifts,

You inspire yourself (and us!) for new ones Trends in production and develop creative solutions to processes and improve problems,

You communicate with your team at eye level and have an empathetic sensitivity with which you can positively influence the work performance of each team member,

You speak English, German is advantage.
