What To Expect
Our Parts team plays a crucial role in our Service organization, providing essential support to both our workshop team and our customers. Together, they are often the first point of contact with Tesla and act as brand ambassadors who support our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

As an Area Parts Supervisor (m/f/d), you are the leader of our parts organization in your region (Hungary, Romania and Slovakia). You act as a brand ambassador, deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage daily operations, and proactively develop team members across multiple locations to help them reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Metrics: Support our Parts Advisors in achieving targets (KPIs), including but not limited to customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and cost savings.
  • Performance: Continuously monitor performance and take responsibility for quality within your team. Motivate, lead, and inspire the team toward continuous improvement and efficiency. Support for other locations is required.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and feedback sessions with team members, provide constructive and clear coaching, and follow up on development training and personnel matters. Identify obstacles that disrupt workflow and ensure everyone has the tools and training to succeed in their role.
  • Standardization & Accuracy: Ensure parts standards and available procedures are up to date, that all work is compliant, and that parts transactions and data are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Escalations: Manage complex escalations together with your team and handle challenging conversations confidently across all communication channels.
  • Accountability: Take full responsibility for inventory management from receipt to fulfillment and invoicing/consumption. Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure we maintain customers’ vehicles efficiently and seamlessly, that parts are available, and that escalation processes are properly followed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate daily with internal teams at the Service Center, including Service & Delivery and local senior management.

  • What You'll Bring

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Lead in Automotive Service or Parts Advisor in a customer-facing industry is preferred, along with a proven ability to lead by example in innovation and efficiency and to manage/develop a team.
  • Analysis & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to understand and influence key performance indicators, as well as initiative to resolve issues when they arise and understand their root causes.
  • Development: Interest in developing yourself as a leader and continuously growing by actively learning, self-assessing, seeking feedback, and building trust.
  • Flexibility: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate, read, and write effectively in English; local language skills are also required for this role.
  • Mobility: Must hold a valid driver’s license (Class B) and be able to travel ≥80% within the assigned region.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to live and work in location of work (Hungary, Romania or Slovakia).
