What To Expect
The Tooling, Process & Training team is responsible for developing and proliferating custom service, commissioning tooling hardware to assist in the rapid development, maintenance of Tesla Energy’s storage and charging solutions along with training of individuals on these solutions. This skilled and motivated individual will work on the training team to help with content creation and administration and be a liaison with tooling subject matter experts and the field service team.

What You'll Do

Develop online training modules of energy service information for diverse range of learners

Support development of high-quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced) in concert with process SMEs

Provide comprehensive event management and tracking of learners completed and required training in the Tesla-specific Learning Management software system

Effectively/enthusiastically deliver equipment-specific training to Field Technicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-led, facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments

What You'll Bring

Experience with Articulate/Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Camtasia

Practical experience in industrial technical maintenance/engineering applications

Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with team and peers within the Training, Maintenance, and Engineering organizations

Strong analytical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with hardware, tools, instruments, and methods applicable to field service procedures

Technology Skills: ability to integrate computer applications into teaching

Strong ability to work in cross-functional groups from diverse technical and experience backgrounds

Understanding of electrical fundamentals and systems, schematics, and service best practices

Expected Compensation

$80,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
