What To Expect
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys driving employee engagement and building organizational scalability in pursuit of the Tesla mission. What You'll Do
HR People Strategy & Planning:
  • Be an impactful member of the Central Europe Sales and Delivery Leadership Team. Coach, develop and be a critical thought partner for Senior Regional leadership on an ongoing basis
  • Work with your business leadership to define, align and implement people initiatives to benefit the mission and our people across the region; understand business unit specific / customization requirements – drive decisions on prioritization and ensure alignment across teams (incl. cross-function) /geographies / countries
  • Play a key role in setting the strategic direction for your scope, utilizing organizational knowledge and a strong business acumen; highlight and consult on people/ HR implications of business decisions
  • Drive the organizational design and development of the unit including change, restructuring and consolidation initiatives. Lead strategic workforce planning and ensure buy-in from key stakeholders, contribute to growth / expansion planning
  • Bring innovative solutions to your business – keep close to HR trends, best practices and innovative approaches and translate these to signal business opportunities and risks within the company
  • Anticipate, evaluate, and communicate needs proactively between HR and the business unit, providing improvement feedback and solutions. Anticipate issues associated with changes in organizational design or business strategy and impact on people


  • Leadership & Talent:
  • Be uniquely connected with the business leaders and advise matters concerning business function leaders and managers. Support leadership in fostering an engaging, motivating, inclusive and performance-oriented culture; consult on engagement strategies and culture change approach
  • Foster a culture of excellence and drive a clear and consistent message around goals, expectations, and performance standards for our business. Drive people management, including talent management and leadership development – incl. Facilitation and contribution to key development interventions
  • Develop, consult on and implement succession planning and retention strategies for top talent/ high-potential pools. Develop maturity of organization by ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities, definition of career paths and career perspectives for workforce


  • Team:
  • Build a high performing commercial HR team, who are in sync with the business challenges and lead a team of HR Partners to drive the performance of the business function through their people leaders – incl. Manager responsibilities


  • What You'll Bring

  • Relevant experience in Human Resources with a solid understanding of French employment law.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Experience owning compliance related topics and performing necessary audits.
  • Business fluency in English required.
