What You'll Do

  • Develop deep technical expertise in Power Conversion System process areas such as robotic handling, adhesive dispense, and test/inspection systems
  • Ensure each process consistently meets Safety, Quality, and Performance requirements
  • Monitor and analyze process KPIs (Cycle Time, FPY, OEE, Scrap, and Downtime)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Throughput, and Cost
  • Define, document, and track critical process parameters using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical data analysis (ANOVA, DOE, etc.)

  • Support launch of new products, model variants, or materials — collaborating closely with Design, NPI, and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Own and deliver process improvement projects, including concept development, cost justification, and validation
  • Manage procurement, budgets, and schedules for process changes, upgrades, or line retools

  • What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent experience

  • Strong people management and team leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in GD&T; experience with AutoCAD, Power Query, FANUC, PLC preferred (but not mandatory)
