This role requires close coordination between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to drive executional excellence. A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while coordinating with other technical project managers to prioritize activities at the R&D facility to ensure effective utilization of capacity constrained resources, balancing between process development activities, and technology down-selection prototypes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for actuator manufacturing from process development to manufacturing line implementation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams on multiple continents to prioritize and manage high-impact changes and drive improvements to all relevant project schedules
  • Drive design-for-manufacturability and process capability improvements
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and suppliers
  • Manage technical documentation, validation, and production readiness reviews
  • Track and report project status using KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support sourcing, tooling, and supplier qualification for actuator components
  • Coordinate production ramp-up efforts, including process validation and operator training
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and project execution

  • What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment, with a preference of high-volume manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machining, assembly, and testing processes
  • Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented, with strong technical communication ability - able to drive improvements across a global interdisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Jira
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
