What To Expect
As the Inside Delivery Supervisor in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for ensuring customer readiness for all deliveries across the country. You will lead a dedicated Inside Delivery team based in Tilburg, who serve as the primary point of contact for customers awaiting their vehicle delivery. This includes managing inquiries via phone, email, and in-app messages, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic communication throughout the delivery journey.

Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must—you will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders in both languages. You will be a high-performing, energetic member of the Netherlands Delivery Leadership team. You have a proven track record of developing and guiding people to achieve excellence in their roles. As a frontline leader, you actively engage in daily team operations, customer interactions, and process execution. You will be challenged to support your team through coaching, training, motivation, and performance analysis.

You possess a sharp eye for operational detail and the capability to drive meaningful improvements within the team. While you operate with autonomy, you maintain close collaboration with the broader Delivery Leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily operations of the Inside Delivery team to ensure seamless customer support and timely follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers awaiting vehicle delivery, ensuring clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
  • Oversee pipeline management, ensuring delivery timelines are met and updates are communicated effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable smooth coordination.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements between the team and stakeholders.
  • Regularly observe, review, and provide constructive feedback on individual performance.
  • Coach and mentor team members, promote best practices, and nurture an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
  • Deliver actionable performance feedback and input for Inside Delivery Advisors to support their professional growth.
  • Support the implementation, tracking, and follow-up of training initiatives.
  • Assist with recruitment activities as needed.
  • Ensure all team members comply with Tesla’s policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Escalate people-related issues promptly and effectively to Store & Delivery Leadership.


  • What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English – essential for effective communication with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading a high-volume, customer-facing team in a call center or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams through coaching, performance management, and development.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet critical business deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both Dutch and English.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with internal business systems, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Consistent history of delivering outstanding customer service.
