Be part of a growing and energetic Prototype Engineering and Fabrication team to engineer, execute and deliver cutting-edge products to global customers. You will work with cross-functional team members to continuously innovate and launch new products for Europe and other growing markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience with all our vehicle platforms (SEXY) and the necessary trainings to work in all areas of the vehicle. You are motivated and have a strong will to learn new skills such as prototyping techniques and CAD design. You enjoy and thrive working in a workshop and treat the space, tools & vehicles as if they are your personal. You are open to tasks outside your scope, actively contribute to a positive work environment and like to collaborate with engineering frequently.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Retrofit/Modify Vehicles: Adapt prototype vehicles to integrate new hardware designs from Engineering.
  • Build Prototypes: Construct custom prototypes and bucks vehicles.
  • Diagnose and Repair: Identify and fix issues with prototypes.
  • Failure Analysis: Report and analyze failures, providing feedback to Engineering.
  • Fleet Maintenance: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on the fleet.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Over 3 years of automotive repair experience, with a preference for diagnostic troubleshooting.
  • Certification: Technical certification from an accredited automotive training institution is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining shop tools and equipment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel and work between locations within Berlin.
  • Teamwork: Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
