Tesla sets the bar for what a trustworthy & resilient charging network can be. The Charging Operations team ensures that Tesla continues to deliver the best possible charging customer experience through proactive engagement and growth of the global charging network.
The Charging Payments & Supplier Specialist is a key member of the North America and Europe Charging Operations team. This role is responsible for managing centralized payment operations, including supplier onboarding, utility bill processing, and rent payments across multiple sites in North America and EMEA (Europe).
This role will be based in the EMEA region, specifically in our Amsterdam office. The candidates must be able to speak Norwegian and ideally have a good understanding of the other Scandinavian languages. This is a hands-on position that involves communicating directly with landlords in their own language to support them with any onboarding issues.
Proficiency in the Norwegian language is required for this role.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Supercharger Deployment, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Validation Team, as well as external partners including utilities and site hosts.
What You’ll Do

· Manage high-volume, centralized payment operations across North America and EMEA, including rent payments, utility bill processing, and supplier onboarding.
· Multitask between inbound and outbound calls with rent suppliers and day-to-day payment processing in a fast-paced environment.
· Walk Rent suppliers through the onboarding process with patience and a customer-service mindset, and support them with questions about the supplier portal.
· Maintain constant follow-up correspondence with rent suppliers and utility vendors.
· Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems, with a high degree of attention to detail and precision.
· Partner with Supercharger Deployment, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the Vendor Validation Team to keep payment and onboarding workflows moving.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for utilities and site hosts on payment and onboarding issues.

· Previous experience in financial operations, general accounting or utility billing is preferred but not required.
· Demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional customer service, especially when resolving inquiries or conflicts over the phone with professionalism, empathy, and a calm, solution-oriented approach.
· Fluency in the Norwegian language with good understanding of other Scandinavian languages.
