What To Expect
The Finance Intern will be part of the Controlling Team, responsible for wide range of complex tasks related to production across the sites and operations across the EMEA region. The intern supports day-to-day operations by performing analysis, checking trends and detecting tendencies, but also supporting with SOX Controls and relaying financial support to counterparts in other teams across Business; tasks will include analysis of financial reports and investigation of anomalies; working closely with Analysts and Controllers to implement process improvement and automation. Interns will have exposure to a growing, highly experienced team, excited about the industry and our role within the Business. This role will focus on different areas of Inventory projects.

What You'll Do

Studying towards or recently graduated from a degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economy, Data or related

Very good knowledge of English and some knowledge of German preferred, both written and spoken

First Internship/work experience related to financial processes and/or Inventory will be considered as a significant advantage

Easiness with data analysis and manipulation, savviness with systems and advanced skills in Excel (including complex formulas and pivots), PowerBI and SQL (or willingness to learn)

Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a team in an organized and independent manner

What You'll Bring

Assisting in Financial analysis (with data retrieval from different sources, various complexity and high volume)

Cooperating with various departments across Business, gathering necessary and financially relevant data (impacting financial results)

Assisting in drafting monthly/quarterly financial reports (including data input for balance sheet reconciliation and P&L analysis)

Support with Audits with close partnership with other departments while collecting the necessary data and accurately preparing the input

Develop knowledge of business processes, improvement, implementation, and review

Build upon communication skills and learn how to develop successful working relationships - cross functionally, with management and across team members

Admin tasks, e.g. organizing spreadsheets, setting up meetings
