  • Strong experience with high programming languages such as C++, Python or Java and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems, with control theory in continuous processes being preferable.
  • Solid understanding of sensors and their underlying working principles. Good knowledge of sensor setup, commissioning, and calibration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Desire to stay up-to-date with developments and best practices in control systems. Willingness to dive down deep and drive developments to bring to the team.
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills as a strong plus
