What To Expect
As a Used Car Refurbishment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the refurbishment process of traded in Tesla vehicles to internal guidelines, preparing vehicles for resale. The role is to ensure the administration and organisation of used vehicles are completed to Tesla internal guidelines and targets, collaborating with various business units to meet internal KPI’s and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and clear priority assignment logic while being able to effectively communicate updates and operational improvements.

What You'll Do

Create and update repair visits and prepare parts, body shop estimates and Purchase orders when applicable

Move vehicles to be available at time of scheduled refurbishment date

Liaise with third party vendors as required

Forward planning and resource management for forecasted workload

Demonstrate ability to follow basic guidelines and standards for systems and inspections

Interface with support admin teams (Order Operations, DMV, Remarketing), as well as service, sales and logistics to seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the delivery and vehicle movements for Service Centre and Tesla direct delivery. As needed, communicate directly with lending institutions and external trade-in partners

Coordinate final completion times with concerned parties

Build relationships and manage communication between detail, service and delivery teams with a prompt response time

Act as the last line of defines for quality and customer experience, communicate feedback to program management and other relevant parties to drive departmental efficiency and company-wide improvements

Contribute ideas toward improving the Tesla delivery experience, as well as back-end processes and procedures

Demonstrate knowledge of all Tesla products and standards, Keep up with industry trends and best practices

Proactively and consistently, update systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management
