Supply Chain Program Manager, Electronic Board Components

What to Expect

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Program Manager to execute supply chain strategies for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) programs. This role serves as a key liaison between Tesla's Supply Chain organization and internal product teams, partnering with Supply Chain Managers, Supply Chain Program Managers, and Engineering across Tesla vehicles, energy products, AI, robotics, and other EE-intensive programs. This role will report to our Supply Chain Group Manager and serve as an active supply chain resource for engineering and business teams.

What You’ll Do

• Own broad component strategy alignment for all PCBAs for a given product, encompassing both new product introduction (NPI) and sustaining phases

• Execute component sourcing strategy across multiple reference designators per PCBA

• Collect and organize design change recommendations from Supply Chain Managers and manage compliance

• Continuously monitor and measure project processes; identify and drive process improvements

• Develop and lead regular forums and reports with key internal and external stakeholders

• Participate in supply chain organization meetings with Engineering and Tesla representatives

• Own data quality by board — assess, validate, and ensure accuracy of PCBA-level component data (not just presentation)

• Maintain and track the PCBA list for assigned products; coordinate net-new and full refresh forecast submissions

• Develop executive summaries for PCBA-level component supply chain status, risks, and readiness

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or program management for high volume manufacturing products

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage cross-functional programs with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturing partners

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent experience

• Experience in PCBA/electronics supply chain and BOM management

• Familiarity with component qualification flows, Carbon CPN vs. MPN part number management, and supplier data platforms

• Background coordinating commodity-level and supplier-level stakeholders in a matrixed organization
