What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Demand Generation and Content Specialist to join the APAC Charging team. The role focuses on consumer engagement through demand generation, awareness campaigns, consumer education, content creation, and events.

You'll collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute integrated Charging-led marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, aligning with Tesla’s mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with regional Sales, Vehicle Engagement, Policy, and Deployment teams to create aligned Charging content and materials.
  • Develop and implement tailored demand generation strategies to increase sales opportunities across APAC regions.
  • Build integrated marketing and event calendars using online/offline channels to drive awareness and demand.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing data-driven insights and reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage event strategies, logistics, execution, and post-event media coverage reports.
  • Support daily operations, including content scheduling, video briefs, talking points, and objective tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Tesla Charging products to identify opportunities and foster innovative marketing approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, maintain campaign records, and continuously optimize activities.


  • What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, campaign management, or content creation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in content creation (e.g., video, graphic design, copywriting).
  • Strong project management, stakeholder influence, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including effective verbal presentation and representing the Tesla brand to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented critical thinker with data analysis skills and ability to simplify complex information.
  • Self-starter with proactive initiative, innovative mindset, and understanding of brand positioning.
  • Experience developing narratives for diverse audiences across multiple engagement channels.
