What To Expect
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague for our EMEA Parts Distribution and Warehousing Team. The Order Management Coordinatorwill be based at one of our warehouses in Tilburg, The Netherlands.

What You'll Do

  • Follow up on orders with the warehouse operation and escalate issues when needed
  • Provide all necessary information related to specific details of the orders to the involved staff
  • Follow up of escalation orders and/or escalate directly to leading staff / US Team
  • Communicate the status of orders to the EU Service Centers and provide additional information on daily bases or on request
  • Ensuring reporting of deviations in changes of in and outbound ETA and / or availability of parts to the correct person’s
  • Register and measure the (internal) KPI’s related to the handling of all orders received.


    • What You'll Bring

  • HBO level preferred
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software packages
  • Professional level of Dutch and English language desirable
  • Administrative demonstrable experience in logistics processes
  • User knowledge of a Warehouse Management System
  • Overall knowledge of ERP and TMS systems
  • Highly resilient and strong organization skills
