As a Vehicle Program Manager Intern, you will be embedded in one of Tesla's most cross-functional and fast-moving teams, supporting the delivery of vehicle programs across regional markets. You won't just observe; you'll own real tasks and make a tangible contribution to how Tesla brings vehicles to market in Europe and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Support Program Managers in tracking local schedules, milestones, and action items across active vehicle programs.
- Maintain and update program tracking tools, Confluence pages, and reporting dashboards to ensure accurate and current program information.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for local program meetings, cross-functional reviews, leadership reviews and team events
- Coordinate and follow up on open actions across cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, studio, factory, and sales) to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in tracking local implementation progress, flagging risks and delays to the responsible Program Manager.
- Contribute to the organisation of prototype builds, change reviews, and key program milestones reviews
What You’ll Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills — you take pride in keeping things accurate and up to date.
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken; C1 level English required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- A proactive, get-it-done attitude — you take ownership and follow through without needing to be chased.
- Proficiency in standard productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent); experience with project tracking tools is a plus such as Jira, Confluence etc.
- Genuine interest in Tesla's mission to build a world of amazing abundance
