What To Expect
As the Technical Program Manager, Vehicle Website working on the Vehicle Programs Team, you will be in a unique position to coordinate website updates and cross functional actions while having an inside view on new product development. You will closely coordinate efforts with global sales teams on market feedback, technical staff on vehicle performance metrics, studio staff on content creation and IT teams on execution and analytics. You will develop and manage the vehicle website change roadmap accounting for cross functional teams’ resources and development timing. Ultimately guiding vehicle website performance and direction with an overall mission to maintain the most accurate and effective website possible.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage the website change roadmap accounting for cross functional teams’ resources and development timing
  • Prepare, audit and approve the release of public facing vehicle data by coordinating with cross functional programs, technical, sales and studio teams
  • Align regional sales teams’ website inputs to converge on a consistent global format that accounts for regional complexities and ensures consistency in branding, messaging, and experience
  • Converge website formats and explanations with sales, copyright, content and engineering teams
  • Analyze website metrics and market trends to drive continuous website improvement actions
  • Coordinate with content creation on physical properties requirement & delivery, for world-class content production
  • Review and approve website direction and effectiveness with vehicle program, design, sales and IT executives on a quarterly basis


  • What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in project management, with at least 2 years focused on website development, content management, or digital product management
  • Hands-on experience managing website projects in a hardware company. Startup experience is ideal, as it demonstrates agility in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
  • Proven track record in guiding cross-functional teams through website change requests, deployments, and global implementations
  • Strong understanding of website creation and management processes, version control, and deployment pipelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives (e.g., design reviews and progress updates)
  • Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on business impacts (e.g., how website changes affect user experience, sales, or brand perception in a hardware context)

  • Expected Compensation

    $92,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
