As part of the civil and traffic infrastructure team, you will contribute to shaping the exterior areas for the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg and help accelerating the construction process.
What You’ll Do

Assist in the production of design drawings, bill of quantities, technical specifications, design reports and calculations on design of our road/traffic surfaces networks (i.e. grading, layout and design geometric, paving etc.).

Taking over small design scopes with guidance.

Contributing to the planning of project work scopes, schedules and resource requirements for land development/team projects.

Support in any required task to fulfill Project goals.

Effectively and proactively communicate project needs, changes and status to different stakeholders within the company.
What You’ll Bring

Student due to graduate within one year or recently graduated from a degree in Civil Engineering with a required focus on traffic surfaces design / road design.

Beginner experience (provide work sample) in AutoCAD/Civil 3D for civil site design.

English proficiency on a C1 level according to CEFR (Additional German proficiency appreciated).

Proven interest in Tesla's mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy, through extracurricular activities, academic projects, passion projects, or equivalent experiences.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and change focus quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Motivated, active collaborator.

Knowledge about German traffic design and similar relevant regulations (RASt, HBS, EFA, ASR).

Familiarity with the EPC process and the German HOAI phases of a construction project.

Candidates are expected to uphold and actively promote sustainability principles in their daily work, operating in line with Tesla Global Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Policy and EMAS requirements, fostering a culture of continuous environmental improvement.
