We at Gigafactory Berlin Design and Construction are looking for a Site Manager MEP to join an energetic and vibrant environment. In this role, your main responsibility is to coordinate ensure with all stakeholders that the construction project is successful from concept to completion.

What You'll Do

Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards. Ensure construction activities comply with cleanroom conditions.

Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate several external, including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.

Manage the onsite activities for Low, medium, and high voltage scopes, starting from design coordination until handover. Managing and execute construction projects from start to finish.

Participate in the concept design phase and provide input until the handover phase.

Lead, coordinate, and conclude the MEP construction activities amongst several teams.

Maintain Tesla quality standards

Able to communicate with subcontractors and other team members.

Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specifications.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Preference for clean room experience as battery or pharmaceutical factories.

Proficiency in English written and verbal communication is a must. German or Polish is a plus.

Get-things-done and make it work attitude.

Experience with I&C.

Experience in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear
