As a Product Manager on the Charging Digital Experiences team, you will support the development and delivery of software products that power Tesla’s global charging network. You’ll work closely with the product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, gather requirements, and ensure smooth launches of charging software solutions. This role is an opportunity to learn end-to-end product management while contributing to projects that enhance the customer experience for EV charging worldwide.
You’ll assist in defining customer needs, tracking product performance, and coordinating with engineering and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and sustainability. Our team values collaboration, creativity, and a strong desire to make EV charging seamless at scale.

Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$136,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
