This role partners closely with the IT Applications & Infrastructure organization to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. You will own full cycle recruiting for software teams building products and technologies for various business critical initiatives, such as Robotaxi, Energy Storage, Manufacturing, and AI & Cloud Infrastructure, to name a few. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to Tesla.

What You'll Do

Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs

Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent

Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers

Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes

Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

What You'll Bring

2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in an in-house environment

Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions

Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends

Working knowledge of common software engineering skill-sets

Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow

Ability to prioritize high recruiting volume according to business needs

Expected Compensation

$64,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
