What To Expect
The Training Program Manager owns the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Semi Service Training programs. This role ensures training solutions scale with fleet growth while maintaining technical excellence, safety, and service readiness.
This position can be based in Reno, NV, Palo Alto, CA or City of Industry, CA. 25% travel required.
What You'll Do
Own end to end Semi Service training programs including onboarding, certification, and advanced technical developmentPartner with Service, Engineering, EHS, and Operations to align training content to real world service needsEngage, negotiate with, and manage expectations of executives, vendors, and clientsManage budgets, resource planning, and optimize project dependencies across the programEstablish program documentation, track milestones, and deliver status reports. Define training strategy, delivery models, and program roadmapsEstablish metrics to measure training effectiveness, readiness, and performance impactLead continuous improvement initiatives across curriculum, delivery, and tooling. Support regional training teams with standardized frameworks and best practices
What You'll Bring
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience5-8+ years of experience in project management and 2+ years in people managementProven credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP)Expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, budget creation, and software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)Ability to define and communicate a strategic vision, influence senior stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to align program goals with business objectives and manage organizational changeProactive, analytical approach to resolving high-level risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints. Experience in service, automotive, heavy equipment, or technical operationsBackground in learning and development or workforce training. Experience building metrics and reporting to drive decisions
