  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Review and validate technical documentation, punch lists, and compliance reports.
  • Provide regular updates to project leads on team performance, challenges, and progress.

  • What You'll Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred or high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in construction, electrical, mechanical, or civil field preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years in construction, facility development, or technical roles, with 3+ years in a leadership/mentoring capacity.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in construction tools, machinery, and software (e.g., CAD, BIM, project management platforms).
    • Advanced problem-solving abilities and a proven track record in brownfield environments.
    • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Fluency in English and German.
  • Certifications: Valid driver’s license, advanced trade certifications (e.g., electrical, welding), and leadership training preferred.
