Role

Tesla is looking for an excellent Project Developer for Korea who can autonomously drive all phases of our Tesla's charging programs, including discovery, diligence, design, closeout of projects. The ideal candidate will tirelessly create opportunities, adapt to external factors and internal guidance, manage multiple projects, and build and nurture relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pipeline of charging opportunities that will serve current and future Tesla customers in Korea
• Develop and refine proposals with property owners, grid operators, governmental bodies and other key partners; Negotiate win-win solutions and close deals 
• Work with internal legal counsel to draft, negotiate and close site host agreements 
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience, cost efficiency and timelines 

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneously
• At least 3 to 5 years of proven track record of creating and nurturing strong relationships (from Asset management, Retail, Retail estate, or equivalent B2B experience)
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and high-motor approach to execution and achievement
• Excellent communicator, able to persuade and impact people from a wide range of roles and backgrounds
• Ability to think from both customer's perspective and site host's perspective
• Proven track record of developing, driving, and closing business opportunities
• A willingness to travel extensively
• A valid driving license is required
