Tesla is looking for a Recruiter to recruit for our Supply Chain, Infrastructure and Manufacturing Engineering teams. We hire the talent responsible for developing next-generation products, automating manufacturing lines, and the “machine that builds the machine.” Recruiting at Tesla is challenging; hiring timelines are often compressed but the work is exciting and impactful to our mission.

What You'll Do

Identify and engage passive talent for roles across all manufacturing shops

Lead the recruiting process, ensuring world-class client experience

Share your deep knowledge of Tesla's technical business and expertise regarding your specific client group

Engage as the subject matter expert and serve as an advisor to internal clients with regards to technical recruiting best practices

Utilize multiple sourcing techniques and develop innovative and effective strategies to ensure a qualified, well-rounded and diverse candidate pipeline

Partner closely with a sourcer to deliver an amazing candidate and client experience

What You'll Bring

Hands-on experience in recruiting passive talent (experience assessing technical talent is preferred)

Proficiency in traditional and unique sourcing techniques to include online social and professional networks, in addition to demonstrated ability to source beneath the surface

Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
