About the role

What to Expect

Tesla is seeking an experienced Material Handler for our Auckland Parts Warehouse.

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must be an energetic, driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Our team of Material Handlers undertake all warehouse operational tasks such as picking and packing, receiving and put away, and anything else required to meet all operational safety and KPI requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a safe work and productive work environment
  • Contribute to all warehouse KPI targets being met
  • Work in, and support all areas of the warehouse
  • Sort and put away incoming goods – hand pick
  • Pick and pack outgoing goods – hand pick
  • Inventory control tasks
  • Report any inefficiencies and productivity improvements
  • Follow safety guidelines & procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • Report any equipment damages or repairs needed
  • Uphold all Tesla values

  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
  • Experience in the automotive industry is also preferred
