We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Learning & Development Specialist who enjoys driving and further developing Tesla's internal learning culture. In this role, you will act as a hybrid between a Digital Content Developer and an LMS Manager, focusing on creating engaging learning experiences and optimizing our systems.
No day is the same, and the ideal fit is someone who thrives in a dynamic organization where we move fast and drive a solutions-oriented, growth mindset. You will lead projects to enhance the learner journey, leverage new technologies like AI and automation, and ensure our training content is visually compelling and effectively marketed to our teams.
What You'll Do
You will be working in our state-of-the-art Gigafactory, where you’ll solve the world's most interesting problems with the best and brightest people who share a passion to change the world. Tesla’s compensation package includes competitive salary and Tesla shares or bonuses.
