What To Expect
Tesla is seeking a dynamic Sr. Program Manager to lead employee engagement initiatives at Gigafactory Nevada. This high-impact role will shape workplace culture, optimize non-production processes, and drive employee satisfaction through strategic programs. You'll collaborate directly with senior leadership to execute site-wide initiatives that align with Tesla's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

  • Employee Engagement Strategy: Design, implement, and measure programs that foster a culture of recognition, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with production operations, facilities, HR, and talent management to align engagement efforts with business goals
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in site programs and drive data-informed improvements to enhance employee experience
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for short-term projects, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and timely delivery
  • Decision Support: Synthesize complex information into actionable insights for leadership, supporting strategic decisions on culture and engagement
  • Team Leadership: Lead a small team of program coordinators or specialists (2–5 members), providing guidance, mentoring, and accountability for deliverables


  • What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of proven track record in employee engagement, change management, or program management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics-driven program evaluation
  • Excellent communication: articulate complex ideas clearly in writing, presentations, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities under deadline pressure
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or Communications or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience managing small teams and/or leading engagement initiatives in a manufacturing/operations environment preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems or employee engagement platforms preferred
