Full-time role based in Melbourne or Sydney.

What You'll Do

Act as the primary point of contact for grid connection in Australia, managing relationships and communication with customers, consultants, network service providers, operators, and internal teams.

Coordinate timely submission of interconnection studies and documentation; autonomously manage records and adapt to changing requirements.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; track progress and ensure on-time delivery.

Facilitate coordination between Tesla policy and technical teams on National Electricity Rules (NER) developments and reforms.

What You'll Bring

3+ years in project coordination and process administration; proven success in unstructured, fast-paced environments (energy/renewables experience preferred but not required).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred but not required).

Basic understanding of the energy sector, National Electricity Market (NEM), grid connection processes, and renewables; ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Proven project planning skills: scheduling, budgeting, milestone tracking, and delivering outcomes in complex settings.

Excellent verbal and written communication, especially explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
