The manufacturing equipment engineer is responsible for the performance of equipment used in the production of robotic products and manage tooling designs and upgrades to meet necessary upgrades for OEE performance improvements and product design changes. They will manage and develop equipment maintenance procedures, train equipment technicians for best practices in maintenance procedures and downtime recovery, and provide support to various products and programs as subject matter experts of similar processes and technologies. They will work closely with Design, Operations, Safety, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Controls, and Process Engineering teams to achieve safe and efficient manufacturability of Tesla products.

Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$84,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
